I'm just traveling around in Denmark. But i'm going to the U2 concert in copenhagen and some other concerts to. And at last, I'm having my on apartment So finely I'm going to live on my on Can't wait to get away from my parents!
I haven't really made any plans yet. My boyfriend and I were thinking about going away around his birthday (beginning of September) but we're pretty much broke! I've never been to London so I thought it'd be kinda cool to go there for a week end or something...just see the sights like tourists do. Although, I thought Paris might be fun (I've never been to France, which seems crazy seeing as I've studied it the last 6 years of my life)..
What do you guys think? Which place would be more fun?

Heading to Cape Town for a few days then over to Johannesburg before flying on to Perth.
From there on to Sydney then across to Alice Springs to join a 5 day 4wd camping safari to Uluru and Kings Canyon.
Return to Alice for a night before heading north-east to Cairns where I'll meet my folks (it's their ruby wedding anniversary and are doing a different tour from us).
Few days there (visiting Daintree and the Reef) before heading north to Hong Kong where I've managed to get tickets for Disneyland (it opens a few weeks before we arrive). Then back to the UK to do a mountain of washing!!
Took 2 years to plan and taking 4 weeks off my work to go (yeehaaa!!!). Have got a count down with "weeks to go" on my desk and am marking those weeks off with a highlighter pen (sad I know!)
Katharina, I went to "then" Yugoslavia when I was a kid - stayed in Umag (Istra Penisula on the Adriatic Coast). We went to Trieste which had the best cake shops in the world! Also try and get to Lipica where they have the Lippizaner horses - it's near the Austrian Border and worth a visit even if you don't like horses!!
There's also Postoygna (no idea of the spelling!) - lots of caves that you go to by a small train.
Also went over to Venice for the day and an evening at Motovan (a village perched on the top of a mountain...really scary going home at the end of the night as the driver had drunk quite a few "mish-mash" - red wine with orange juice and drove round the mountain with the lights out making "Woooooooo" noises!! I thought I was going to die!!). You'll have fun though!!
Alison I'd love to visit South Africa sometime so will be interested to hear about your travels.
I've been to Kenya and Egypt and desperately want to go back to other parts of Africa.
I want to go to Oz to, your trip sounds fantastic.
Psycho girl what part of Ireland? I went to Dublin in April and loved it. I want to go back and I want to see more of Ireland. Well I want to everywhere really!
