He's been in hospital for a while now and is steadily recovering but he's still in the news a lot so I thought i'd start a thread cos he's such an awesome guy.my dad is at the moment watching manu's greatest goals, and the moment i went downstairs, bob came on.he said that best was gorgeous, wore beautiful clothes and was unbelievably skillful.i agree (tho hes not gorgeous)

oh and for some great amusement visit www.maycontainnutz.com and watch 'london calling' and 'squirrell power'

Well I hope he pulls through and perhaps changes a few things in his life. It was all such a waste, he was such a genius at his game. I was a Manchester United fan at the age of 5 (not seriously) because of him LOL, I think I became rather bored with them when he wasn't playing for them any more.

It seems he is on his way out now. I suspect we shall hear some sad news before the night is out I feel for his family. It was reported earlier that the medical team caring for him were feeling it too.

Sadly poor George has gone now.it is a tragedy and i'm sure he will be greatly missed.best wishes to the family especially his father, as no parent should have to bury their child.

it is very sad, what a waste of a life. Probably a relief in some senses also.
