Watched an old BBC documentary last night fronted by Michael Buerke, with focus on work of Band Aid. Started with the usual 'where Bob came from' bit, which included the usual and a few seconds of what seemed to be a video, recorded in black and white like 'Dave', of the above song.
Anyone know of this and was it planned as a single? It's always been in my top 3 from Surfacing and the central guitar bit blows me away each time. The band's name is shown in banner form, from back of airborne plane. Might just have been a bit of fun like the Living in an island 'video' but would still love to see the whole thing. No doubt You Tube will give it its day in the future - there must (and will be) stacks to come out there...
