well having just past out of the mcfly/busted fase and after falling in love with r.e.m allover again (after watching rem reloaded on Q, very good) i'm kind of into emo/punk stuff at the mo.my chemical romance are very good www.mychemicalromance.com taking back sunday www.takingbacksunday.com alkaline trio (excellent band-particularly 'time to waste') http://www.alkalinetrio.com/ and system of a down www.systemofadown.com .not forgetting bowling for soup http://www.bowlingforsoup.com/ and simple plan http://www.simpleplan.com/news.php untitled is particularly good and the video is really sad

all these sites have music on them i think.

I used to like REM but once Bill Berry left they lost the plot, though there were warning signs on "Monster". Still, they did a good stint at Live 8, but they need to get back to their roots again - like Talking Heads before them they have turned too Urban American-centric for their own good.

Sorry to hear you like that kinda of music, Tango.

R.E.M. is pretty good.

How about Pink Floyd, Rush, Boston, Queen, The Who, The Alan Parsons Project, The Police, Jimi Hendrix...the list goes on. Classic Rock is the way to go.

My Pink Floyd Site.

i like the clash and the who and the police and jimi hendrix.dont like queen though.they disrespected the africans by breaking the rules during aparteid and made the situation more difficult for the black africans.
i love billy bragg aswell.and anyway theres nothing wrong with emo/punk

I like "Man On The Moon"

and "Nightswimming"...

Of course I like the major hits...the singer from REM reminds me a fair bit of the singer from that 'country' group who sings "Go Anywhere"...which up unitl about four years ago was my theme song for life...I am getting back there of course...and am far more aware of the world around me in a global 'safety' sense...

"Leaving New York" is one of the few songs that have come out in the past few years that I have still truly liked...

"to getting back your religion..."..."it's been gone long enough..."
Mari...
