Franz Ferdinand!!! Yippiehh! November 8, here in Berlin. I've seen them before, in a smaller venue. It was just so hot in there - but amazing. I hope they'll do another amazing show. I'm really looking forward to that! I know you like them ArrGee (and you do too Jules, don't you?) - what does everybody else think?
Me too! I saw them at the Coronet last year, best gig I'd seen in years. Off to Ally Pally in London this time. I have the new album, but haven't had the time to load it onto my MP3 player. My job for this weekend.
Did you change my subject, ArrGee? I was waiting for that to happen... But as so many people were talking about tickets for BG shows, I wanted to keep the subject line a little bit... suspenseful.

Guilty as charged! I didn't mean to ruin the suspense, but with so many subjects these days and my notice..... On reflection, I think you are right
It is about time we have a Franz thread. I was going to kick one off after I heard the album properly. Have heard snatches of it, most tracks are on the web sites www.franzferdinand.org and www.franzferdinand.net in a live form.

Thanks for changing it back!
A FF thread is a good idea!
Like you, I have the new album but haven't listened to it properly. I must put it onto my mp3 player to be able to listen to it on my way to work. Can't wait. All the reviews I read say it's supposed to be even better than the first album...
