 This is an unusual subject I know, but does anyone remember Amazing Grace, the no 1 hit by the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards?


Murray and I were up at the RSDG Regimental Museum at Edinburgh Castle today and they had the original Gold Disc on display. I know the officer, now retired, who was commanding officer at the time and he took the band down to London to play on TOTP. He was absolutely horrified to be kissed on the cheek by Jimmy Saville. He must have got some ribbing from the guys. They found it all quite fun though.
